If you find a product to be faulty, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. If broken during delivery, please let us know on the same day that it has been delivered and send us photos to info@mabeautyaesthetics.com If the fault is with the delivery company, we will arrange collection of the product and dispatch replacements the same day.

If your product is faulty we will arrange collection of the product, but please make sure it is securely boxed, we will email you the collection label to put on the package and arrange a time for collection.

Due to the nature of the products once opened they cannot be refunded. Devices cannot be refunded once used unless faulty as these are Medical Devices.


Once we have received the item, we will email you and arrange a refund or replacement product.

Cancellation of Training

When booking Training we require a 50% deposit this is non-refundable, but you can change the Training to another day/date.

The remaining 50% is required two weeks before Training commences.
